In 1956 the Rosenberg family launched a meat and poultry distribution company for the local South Florida market. Driven by perfection, Miami Purveyors embarked on becoming the purveyor of quality meats in South Florida, providing exceptional service and products to the local chefs and restaurants.
Six decades later…Miami Purveyors continues its legacy of harnessing innovative techniques to provide premium proteins and provisions to the most discerning chefs, all while maintaining an old fashioned butchery craftsmanship.
The same old fashioned butchery has evolved to meet the changing needs of multiple generations of chefs. While being led by the same founding family, the company remains sensitive to the ever changing culinary climate and demands of the industry’s most discerning and creative chefs and restaurateurs.
