Our legacy began in 1956 when Albert Rosenberg launched a meat and poultry distribution company for the local South Florida Market. Driven by quality and perfection, Miami Purveyors set out to become the premier purveyor of high quality beef, poultry, veal, lamb, pork & wild game. Over six decades later, and with three generations of the Rosenberg family involved in the business, we continue to grow and provide the most innovative and artisan hand butchered proteins to our valued chef and restaurateur partners.
